By accessing and placing an order with Marinush, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Marinush. Under no circumstances shall Marinush team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Marinush team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof. Marinush will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the rights to change prices or product range and revise the resources usage policy in any moment.
You acknowledge and agree that may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Service (or any features within the Service) to you or to users generally at ’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Service at any time as well. You do not need to specifically inform Marinush when you stop using the Service. You acknowledge and agree that if disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Service, your account details or any files or other materials which is contained in your account. If we decide to change our Terms & Conditions, we will post those changes on this page, and/or update the Terms & Conditions modification date below. Marinush reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the website or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Use of the Website
By using Marinush website and ordering products through the website, you agree that:
use Marinush website only for searches and legally valid orders;
you will not place false or misleading orders;
the email address, address and/or other contact information you provide is valid.
By ordering products through Marinush website, you agree to Marinush using your data, as well as contacting you for the purpose of fulfilling your order, if necessary, and in accordance with the Notice on the Processing of Personal Data. If you do not provide all the information we need, you will not be able to purchase the product. When ordering products through the Website, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and capable of entering into binding contracts.
By choosing and selecting among available Marinush products you can add your desired items in your cart. Product list in cart can be edited, and by clicking through steps of shopping procedure you are completing your order with Marinush. Be aware that all information that you are providing must be correct. Final step is choosing payment method that suits you the best and all payment possibilities are covered in the “Payment Methods” section.
After placing the order, you will receive an email notification containing all the information about the order. However, if for some reason the delivery of the ordered goods is not possible, Marinush is obliged to inform you without delay.
Do you want to preorder Marinush clothing piece in your size?
Our aim is to offer high quality handmade & unique products made sustainably. This is why stock of Marinush products is very limited. If your clothing size is not available (M to XL or 38 to 42) email me with your special request and I will be more than happy to make a proper custom size item for you. Have in mind that custom pieces are done by hand, according to your specific body measures, by Marinush professional tailor and developing a custom piece can take up to 30 days to finish. When making a custom order you will be obliged to make an advance payment 50% upfront from a final price at the start of developing a custom piece. Other half of the total amount will be charged before sending custom piece to you.
Marinush Clothing made as a special request will be ready within 30 days from the day of the purchase. Add to that shipping time and please be aware that it will take about a month and a half in total to receive your requested item. If you can wait, we`d be more than glad to proceed with your special order. Also, you can get an update about your special order anytime, just email us, we`d be happy to answer all of your questions.
Once a special order is placed, it can not be cancelled. Marinush Clothing & Jewelry items that are made as a special order cannot be returned or replaced by another product. Marinush production is very small and accepting a special order means that we will make additional effort and time to process it, so make sure you are familiar with our conditions before you make a special request.
Marinush accepts payments via Visa, Master Card, Maestro and American Express. If you choose a payment via credit card that, based on the approval of the issuing bank, can be used for electronic payment, you can choose this payment method. After confirming the order, you will be redirected to the website of Banca Intesa, where you enter your payment card data and make the payment. If the transaction is successful, you will be returned to the Website with a notification that the payment has been successfully completed. In case the payment is unsuccessful, you will be returned to the Website with information about the payment failure and you will be able to repeat the payment or choose another payment method. For security reasons, your payment card data is visible only to Banca Intesa as a card processor. The bank’s website is protected and secure for this payment method.
Marinush accepts payments via PayPal account as well, with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, Marinush may automatically cancel your order.
For all domestic orders within Serbia borders you can choose payment as cash on delivery via Pošta Srbije which will be processed at your doorstep when package is delivered. Payment can only be made in cash to the delivery person who brought your order to you.
Marinush ships worldwide!
Your order will be prepared and dispatched within an average timescale of seven (7) to twenty (20) working days * from the day after the order is confirmed and completed. It is responsibility of the Customer to provide a correct and secure address where at any time the package can be delivered. All packages are being handled with care and dispatched via official serbian postal office (Posta Srbije). For all orders made in Serbia all packages will be sent as PostExpress, and all international orders we’ll ship it via PostExport. After choosing your perfect Marinush companion, you will be notified via email that the purchase is successful and once Marinush package is ready to ship, we will provide you with the tracking code. * Please be aware that the dates provided are only estimates, and that your items may arrive sooner or later than anticipated.
If there is a delay in delivery the Buyer must inform Marinush Customer Services. This may be done by e-mail to [email protected]. We will send the information to Delivery Company to trigger the start of an investigation. If the product is found during this investigation, it will immediately be redirected to the address of the Buyer (in most cases). If on the other hand the product is not found during the investigation, Delivery Company will consider the parcel to be lost. If this is the case, we will send you a replacement product at its expense. If the lost product(s) are no longer available at this time, Marinush will reimburse you for the cost of these products.
We do not take no responsibility for extension to delivery times due to the carrier, particularly in cases of loss of products. Marinush cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond its control.
Return & Refund Policy
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
– You have the right to return / exchange any / all Marinush products you have purchased directly from our website within 7 days of receiving the item.
– All goods will be inspected on return.
– The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when the product was received.
– If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.
– If you want a different item, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you’ll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
– The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
– Marinush does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
– Depending on the options available in your country, you’ll be responsible for all the cost of returning any items.
– Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
– We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
– In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
– Partial Refund: in the case that a refund is requested, the cost of shipping and any import fees are the responsibility of the Client. The cost of return shipping is EUR 35, plus the cost of import fees. This amount will be deducted from the final refund. Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to the original account.
– All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
– Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
– Shipping fees and import fees of the order are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Damage or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hour after delivery. If your product is damaged in transport you must report this as soon as possible by sending us detailed descriptions and images.
Very important is that in all types of returns the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, a fee of 35 EUR in shipping return will be charged. Marinush has the right to replace defective products with products of the same or similar model.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. Please be aware that we can exchange the same item for a different size only once. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Marinush account.
Please notice that you can cancel your order within 24 hours since you purchase. We realize that this is a bit uncommon but we have very limited production and very high demand. So after that 24 hours passes, we will finish your order and proceed to sending them to your address.
